The National Women’s Shelter Network has developed the first national survey of its kind ever to be conducted in the country. This Survey is designed to help build a broad picture of the status of shelters serving predominately women and children and the needs of those we serve. Your responses will help: raise awareness of the special needs of women and children experiencing homelessness; showcase best practices and innovation; share vital information; identify gaps and needs; develop social and public policies and inform key stakeholders; further public awareness and education; and drive resources and solutions to end and prevent homelessness.
Your agency’s contact information will only be known to the NWSN and its team of researchers; it will not be shared outside our organization without your further consent. The de-identified information will be aggregated with the responses and information from other shelters across the country and utilized to develop a deeper understanding, portrayal and report of the challenges, issues, gaps and needs of women’s shelters nationwide. Once tabulated and analyzed, we will notify you and provide a link to the published report on our website.
